    Is Guardiola cooked?

  4. wow they really disallowed that goal for Brentford? Are Arsenal the only team allowed to make contact with the keeper?

If that goal was ruled out. Why wasn’t Arsenals?

That’s reckless from Torres, but it won’t be given

Watching Ipswich dominate the half but not create a single chance. Everyone turns in Sterling in the final 3rd.

Sunderland brought back down to Earth. Interesting relegation battle this season with Brentford beating Villa, too.

He couldn’t have looked any happier to be announced at the ground just now. Absolutely beaming. Love to see it.

Also this is a bit mad. And it makes more sense now.

Eze called Arteta to check there was no chance of Arsenal, and was told Arsenal were having a meeting following the Havertz injury. When they called back, a deal had been agreed.

  18. Yeah, probably for the best that he ended up with Arsenal tbh. Don’t mean that negatively. “We want guys who want to be here” is a cliche saying but in this case I think it matters haha I know there’s always a guy in a squad that grew up a fan of some rival, but can’t have a diehard Arsenal guy in the squad like that. He’d be thinking about joining them the whole time.

Has it ever happened when a boyhood fan goes on to absolutely kill it for their biggest rival?

    Carragher?

  20. maybe Kane? I don’t know if he was actually an Arsenal fan tbh but there’s that pic of him in an Arsenal shirt

I found this very clickbaity article haha:

Sterling makes me laugh because he's played for literally everyone who isn't United (...yet)

  24. How did they let Timber be the one to get to that lol

    Another set piece.

Neville’s obviously very annoying, but he’s spot on in the commentary. We’re still too safe. I know Leeds have 10 men behind the ball largely so the direct stuff will be difficult, but we lack invention.
