In all seriousness, Tottenham should throw fuck you money at Barcelona and call their bluff on Fermin Lopez/Dani Olmo. Not that I want either to go, hardly from it. But they’d be an insane get from a club that couldn’t turn down 150m lol

Oh of course not haha. Some of my mates are absolutely convinced Chelsea are going to sign him for £70m+ based on ... absolutely nothing.

So does the Eze deal become a reason for decades long beef between Spurs and CP?

I just want to know if I’m living through another generational event.

The Brighton to Chelsea pipeline is back open!

    Now with an added detour!

  20. I get the sense that Arsenal had been planning to do this, potentially even before the Havertz injury. They knew Eze would prefer them if given the choice. They let Spurs do all the negotiating. Once they see the number, they pick up the phone and match it plus a little extra.

That’s where we sent Barco, too. Bummed, I love enciso even if all of his decisions are “should I shoot now or should I shoot now” and hinders a lot of the attack. But he’s fun, and when it clicks it can be magic.

To be fair, talent wise I think Lewis is equally talented as McAtee.

Our sure thing of qualifying for the Champions League now hangs in the balance after a pathetic, uninspired 0-0 draw at home to a team from Kazakhstan.

This shouldn't be a surprise to the thread based on my posts because the quality of our attacking options has diminished, and our Board are 95% responsible for the fact that we don't have the chance to put our best foot forward to qualify. However, Brendan Rodgers is so so frustrating and the team he puts out on the pitch should be good enough to win. Big game next week in Kazakhstan now. The last time this happened under Rodgers, in his last season, we didn't qualify for the Champions League vs AEK Athens.
