I think it might've been this: Leicester's relegation is entirely their own fault, and the worst is yet to come
Spurs now being linked to Balogun. I really don’t care that he’s an Arsenal guy. I’m just not sure if he’s good enough lol But it doesn’t seem like an expensive price tag. So not a ton of risk if we do try to get him.
The market is just so totally fucked. Any player that has stepped foot in England is quoted for £50m minimum. I'm 100% fine missing out for £85m guaranteed
Yeah, it’s an insane price. But we can afford to do it and we should be operating like this considering the last two years.
Reminds me of the beginning bids on Soccer Manager where someone would waste most of their budget on one player and then be left bargain binning. I mean, it's great for Spurs fans that their owners are showing intent though.
If we walk into the season with a CM duo of him and Tonali, it’ll be a massive upgrade. So I’m good with overpaying.
We get a good chunk of the transfer fee, so I’m absolutely fine with him going anywhere. I want a bidding war lol.
Call me old, but I'm bored of inside wingers. Stick a left footer on the left, right footer on the right, get them down to the byline and swing in crosses. Full-backs won't know what to do as they rarely have to defend that anymore.
Reposting this here: First year following the World Cup and am loving every minute of it. Now starting to get into the Premier League. Have eyes set on Aston Villa. Anyone have a team they’re keen on? Would love insight into the league
