    The season is never over.

...and Italian football wonders why it's been left behind. Premier League money attributed the blame, but what about decision making like this?

"Nobody could see it coming. Mason was in good shape."

Forgive me if this next post tags weird or what have you, but this is significantly harder to do on my phone than on my work computer, haha.

Based on form, the semis really could be France-Spain(/USA ;)) and Brazil-Argentina. FIFA wet dream.

  7. Vuskovic on the bench the last two games for Croatia. And Brighton have started targeting other CBs.

Curious what ends up happening for him. Still hoping things settle down and we just loan him one more time before integrating him next year.

there are a ton of recent Polish immigrants here in Chicago as well as a ton of people with Polish heritage from earlier immigration decades ago

this is going to be so cool

  10. Charlotte host Chicago in a couple months so I’m excited to see him up close

If he turns out to be incredible, fine. If he turns out to be a bust, should’ve gone to Liverpool.

Would be the first ever Brazilian to play for us

  15. Seems like a good signing for Everton

And Skipp going to Boro?? I like it.

I like him but I really, really hope it's not 25m upfront. Hopefully the "deal" part means incentives. Great negotiating by Boro, though @AFoolsGlory

End of the fiscal year is Wednesday btw so expect deals to really kick off.

Probably gonna be one of those where Boro will brief the full £25m and Everton will brief something like £15m + add ons, and everyone is happy. Really a deal where it's seems like everyone wins.

Leicester going from title winners to that kind of decline is still one of the strangest football arcs of the last decade.

  22. Nice. Make them use more of that Anderson money.

100%. Remember, this is the club that stuck essentially a full squad of players on the "bomb squad", froze them out of first team operations, made them train with kids. Chelsea have absolutely no right to take the high ground here.

If Maresca had lost 5 games in a row, they'd have sacked him in an instant. Loyalty can't just be a one way thing.

I read a piece, which I can't seem to find, describing how desperately unfortunate they were that Vichai died. The action/ownership responsibility is close to non-existent with his son and the club is in a worse position than ever.
