Didn’t realise how old this Colombia team is. Feels like they might be about to go through what Chile are currently dealing with.

They only have two players under 25 in their squad, and most of their starters are over 30. Jhon Duran wasn’t picked after apparently training disastrously in their camp and was called out for his attitude.

  3. The biggest issue with those awful Newcastle shirts will be how often the shirts clash with whatever color the other team wearing.

  7. Rashford would be a great addition for Spurs imo but I don’t think he’d do it

Wright said it best in that tweet vid from yesterday. It’s so embarrassing to be a US citizen who loves the game for the global and multi-cultural phenomenon that it is but hates everything about the current federal administration as well as some of the generally terrible aspects of our culture that are more pronounced.

If the US can’t win it (lol I know), it would be very fun for it to be a nation that would piss Trump off.

  18. Senesi officially announced by the club. Finally.

I was hoping we’d also have Savinho and Van Hecke done before the WC starts but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Ugh.

  19. I was thinking about the most realistic team that could win and piss him off…is it France?

Just learnt that Senesi is 29. I thought he was like 22 lol.

  21. Yeah, had no clue he was “so old” haha

Kennet Eichhorn (remember the name) turning down the chance to be a millionaire at 16 with Liverpool and City. He'll join Leverkusen from Hertha Berlin instead. Wholesome outcome.

I mean, he's pissed off most of Europe at this point. Spain recently closed the airspace to the military, didn't they? Anywhere with a strong immigrant core (Switzerland, France immediately come to mind) is good for the Narrative.

Fucking hell. US immigration claimed they sent the Somali referee home because he had an affiliation to a terrorist organisation.

What is that affiliation? They have the same last name.

These people are SO FUCKING STUPID.
