  2. Oh no

player collapsed in the Denmark game. It’s been stopped. Not sure who it is. People are saying Eriksen.

It is Eriksen but he’s conscious and walking himself to the ambulance. But he’ll be out of the WC and I imagine he might retire now.

  4. I had the game on in the background and suddenly my people started shouting and the camera went away from where everyone was.

But yeah, it seems like he’s ok now. And he should retire.

Hope all is well with Eriksen. He should retire for his own health

    Denmark didn’t qualify anyway

Thoughts are with Eriksen. He's got nothing left to prove in the game so hopefully he goes and enjoys his life now.

Kid is truly one to keep your eye on. Ultimately think his lack of technique/technical ability will hold him back from reaching the highest of heights, but you can see why they invested in him and are willing to patiently develop his game given the raw skill and physical profile.

  11. He was a guy I wanted Spurs to sign at the time United signed him. I feel like it’s taken him time to adapt to PL but he has the potential.

Went out and had the WC Big Mac combo from McDonalds today. Was hoping to get Lamine but I’ll probably try one more time

    Same, same.

FWIW Garrett had a 'love affair" with Swansea, and Michu in particular, way back in the AP days.

They'll miss his pace on the counter, which is a big part of Morocco's game-plan that's worked so well for them. Their last defeat was against Kenya in August 2025, 30 games ago.

I see the boring Three Lions / “it’s coming home” debate has started early this year

  20. He was lined up for a big move this summer too. I suppose he can still do that but he won’t get to raise his value at the WC.

They’ve still got a special place in my heart! I just can’t add another league to keep track of.

  22. Speaking of adding an other league to follow…I mentioned in here how I wanted a Championship team to follow. Spurs tried their best to make that happen for me…

But I’m still trying to tie down my choice and start following them next season. I’ve narrowed my choice down to Derby County and Middlesbrough.

How about Preston? Solid mid table club who usually ends up with pretty much equal wins, defeats and draws. As an added bonus they play in white and have a unique suffix in their name like Spurs.

Being a fan of Preston means you get to enjoy the battle for 12th place against Bristol City.

Bristol City is a good shout for @Swoos, actually, as he likes Alex Scott who they were unfortunate to sell (along with Semenyo.) They'd be PL with those two in their current form.
