Norwich are forever on my shitlist* for being a guaranteed 6 points for Liverpool. Also, you've just made me remember how good Redknapp's Portsmouth were! * I only said this to farm a like out of @Platy
It’s funny you posted this and I saw this graphic which shows that the average of six other groups is even worse. 48 teams really drags this down.
Which is fair, but also the FIFA rankings are useless. Weren’t Belgium top for like four years at one point? I think also the playoffs skew these rankings currently, but I think you’re right about the quality dragging it down a little. There is really only one group that looks “tough” Funnily enough, after posting this I saw Belgium’s group and thought “wow, that’s even worse.” I think group D is fairly even, it just lacks any big names or particularly great teams so it looks worse.
Not sure if I’ll be able to afford any games but I’ll have my eyes on Scotland v Brazil potentially in Atlanta as well as Japan v Netherlands potentially in Dallas. We find out all the locations for each game tomorrow right?
Locations and Kick Off times are tomorrow yeah. Another livestream that will be 4000 minutes of rubbish before saying what we all really want to know.
That’s my fear as well. Think they went overboard on that update. Should have capped it at 2 transfers or something if anything at all but they clearly wanted to make FPL more open this year.
Only one fit CB in the team. A 15 year old defender on the bench. Plus we’re notoriously shit at early kickoffs. I sense an upset.
Another Frank lineup that features a couple players we’ve been screaming for but is also a lineup that doesn’t quite work/make sense.
Villa deserved the win. We looked tired and our defence was a mess all game - which isn’t a surprise given the injuries. Hoping Sunderland can do us a favour.
Villa look really, really strong, and we really miss Gabriel's leadership and organisation I think. Can't make any complaints.
