Spurs scoring twice away to PSG sums up everything quite nicely. I bet @Swoos in particular is baffled lol
I actually haven’t been able to watch much but I see we’re down 4-2 now lol But it’s not too surprising if we looked a little better today. Just like last season our European form has been much better than league form. I don’t get it.
Just saw that Romero handball. Fine with it being a pen. But any other big club the ref would tell us that his arm was in a natural position (because you can definitely argue it was). But for Spurs, just an obvious call apparently.
Neuer has looked brutal today. Not assertive enough on the corner goal, caught in between on the cross to madeuke and then totally misjudging that play close to midfield. Poopy game.
Was gonna make a comment earlier that Neuer looks a bit like Shane Gillis. Fair play, he played like him there too.
Can’t even enjoy this. Our best win of the season is against a team getting pumped 4-1 at home to PSV ffs
Maybe I have higher expectations, but it hasn't been a great season so far but managed a couple of big wins that have pumped up the GD.
This is something else I was going to bring up after the NLD. I’m pretty sure Arsenal are unbeaten in that match since he arrived. Total game changer. Having someone like Rice or (healthy) Rodri in your midfield just unlocks everything.
Carragher saying Liverpool aren't a sacking club. If Slot goes it'll be 3 out of the last 5. Klopp being one of the best ever doesn't change the maths lol
