There's a possibility it could come down to the fee he'd demand. Sporting don't need to sell, and when Portuguese clubs don't need to sell they tend to rinse clubs. Arsenal look to be getting Sesko for a reasonable fee, Chelsea have signed Delap for his release clause, etc.
