If I wanted to run a successful football club, having not lived under a rock for 15 years, I would simply not hire executives from Manchester United. But that's just me.

(I have no informed opinion on this individual mind).

Not to take anything away from Palace, but I'd be fuming if my team played like that in a Quarter Final. Moreover, I could definitely get behind Palace going the whole way now. Hopefully City get knocked out to make things interesting.

Fulham were dominant until the first goal, were shell shocked after the second and never got back into it. Played into our hands and we were comfortable.

Brighton getting kinda bossed around the last 20 mins

Damn I hope that’s just a twisted ankle and not ligaments or something for Georginio.

Georgi in a boot on crutches and a loss in PK’s. Fuck.

I’m starting to have hope. With those fuckers out and three teams who have yet to beat us (and Preston) left in, I’m letting myself dream a little

Oh wait, Forest have beaten us. But when we were proper shit, so doesn’t count

Brighton boys in here - what is happening with O'Riley? Didn't even get off the bench last night and he is a cracking penalty taker.

He’s been battling a bone bruise on his knee most of 2025 so far.

    Palace v Villa
    Bournemouth/City v Forest

Draw for the semis incase anyone slept on it.

Funnily enough, if City get through, it would be the two teams I wouldn't mind winning the cup against each other and the two teams i would mind against each other. You may think City's ownership is sketchy, but Forest have spent 400m in three years and had points deducted for blatant overspending under Marinakis.

I have absolutely no idea what the handball rule is. I thought those ones where the ball is kicked from a yard away aren’t penalties anymore??

    What are Bournemouth doing?

O’Riley comes on, and they don’t mark him and get a let off within a minute or two. Then, for the City equaliser, they again leave him in like 20 yards of space just minutes later.

You can’t do that at this level. Just awful.

Palace vs Bournemouth would be a brilliant final.

We’ll probably get City vs Villa though.

  17. Feels like forever since Spurs have played. And first game back is away to Chelsea. Ugh.

I always enjoy how Pep will push players to acknowledge the supporters after a good match. He did it yesterday with Nico O’Reilly

That's a shame, he's one of the best midfielders I've seen for Celtic, really want him to do well.

He’s been one of the ones hit by injuries this year. When he’s been fit, he stands out for sure. Unfortunately, in his absence we’ve gotten Diego Gomez fit and he’s kind of taking the subs that O’Riley had been getting.

Cunha's been talking up wanting to move on, winning titles, etc. The guy has got a neck made out of brass to do that after his disciplinary issues costing Wolves.
