Palace can’t sell Guehi cause they only have three centre backs. Pretty much makes the fee obsolete.

My kingdom to never have to listen to Gary Neville talk again.

  4. Tottenham just announced on deadline day a new Beyoncé concert at the stadium later this year.

I’m 100% not one of the fans that gets mad when they host events like this. I truly don’t get why people care. If anything, it makes the club more money, has zero impact on the football, and is just entertainment.

However, it’s very obvious there are a ton of fans who are against it all. For whatever reason. And they think it impacts or interferes with the football side of things.

So to announce this on a deadline day, during a window where everyone is already angry, is pretty funny. And stupid lol

    He came, he saw.

Rashford admitting already that he'll only be at Villa short-term must have gone down well with the Villa fans. So much for hoping to make the deal permanent.

Don't worry, once Emery sees how little effort he puts in, the feeling will be mutual.

With all respect to Spurs, that absolutely smacks of not wanting to be there but having no options left lol

  10. I’d say this is half true. It sounds like he wants to play this season but still wants Bayern long term. He said no before because we wanted a permanent deal. Now we bent and will take straight loan and he’s fine with it.

Not exactly “he doesn’t want to be here”

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Or they guarantee the most playing time of all the other loan options, but gotta get those easy spurs digs in

It’s been confirmed Arsenal and United pulled out, and that he already rejected Spurs the first time. Not hard from that to guess that he had to have a rethink, it’s not even a dig at Spurs, more at how dumb he’s been. He could have done it all less publicly in terms of trying to force a move and saying no to Spurs and Frankfurt.

  13. Desperation would be overspending last minute on a player lower on our list. I feel like this move is the opposite of that tbh. It’s a low risk deal for a player the club thinks will be able to help this year.

100% a good pick for Spurs. No risk if he doesn’t work out, and he gets game time.

  15. Some reports also saying a permanent deal is still a possibility.

Cool 40% sell-on clause fee received by Barca from the Nico Gonzalez transfer.

where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

I crunched some numbers yesterday. Based on current averages and rounding to favor defenders, there is a possibility that Haaland could pass Henry for EPL goals at this point in the season in 2 years. After how obsessed that club seem to be with Haaland I would love for it to be done at the Emirates

(I’m also saying this as someone who didn’t watch Henry live. I’ve only seen clips and respect him as a player.)

  21. It’s interesting how little business Liverpool has done after hiring a new manager and they’re likely winning the league.

hard to not trust the FO/coach with how smoothly losing zelarayan went, but this is definitely a bummer for someone who enjoyed watching him

Not sure how he'll manage to do that when he's facing Spennymoor Town in the Vanarama North?

I kid, City will have been promoted to the National league by then

In all seriosity, I think he's going to smash Shearer's record in ridiculous timing.

I just wish he showed more va va voom, and be less of a dick to 17 year olds ya know
