Literally nothing about him is working.

He is incredibly poor at dealing with the media, he seems to have astonishingly bad tactical knowledge, his substitutions are not just poorly thought out but also poorly timed, and a lot of the transfers he personally picked have been flops. Even Ole wasn’t this bad until the very end.

I think we all agreed that he would be kept around this season as an excuse to buy INEOS time, but it’s gone so bad that I think it actually makes them look worse.

 

Yeah I can’t disagree. I’ve said it a bunch that we actually are playing better than last season which is insane given we have not been good this season haha. I think that’s the most damning part. We’re better than last year but it’s not changing results.

just look at this game, ETH has found a system that is better than last year and refuses to change or tweak it. He’s continued with that system without paying any heed to what Spurs are good at, it’s like he’s done no work during the week to counter what Spurs are good and exploit what they’re poor at. I mean we’re down to ten men playing a two man midfield ffs.
