quite like the trend on socials lately of player compilation videos being set to songs that aren’t EDM, feels like EDM had a stranglehold on compilations for over a decade, nice to see things being mixed up

I’m obviously biased but I think this one is excellent, great clips and transitions. these videos are like catnip for me lol, I can’t help but watch them all

 

Potential 6-12 month ban for Bentancur. It feels a little heavy-handed. But it’s also hard to really argue against it. They have been trying to make a strong point about zero tolerance for racism. So, delivering a heavy punishment would show they’re serious about it. Which is obviously a good thing.

I’m assuming Enzo could be facing a similar ban.

It's matches, not months, for the ban (so 6-12 matches). Got to think of the previous precedent too. Cavani got 3 matches for using a term of endearment that was entirely appropriate in his native language and culture. If the precedent for that is 3 matches, then doubling it at least for more concerning comments seems appropriate. Agree Enzo is surely facing the same or more.

Also Diego Gomez with a nice outside the boot winner against Brazil for Paraguay over the weekend and he joins Brighton in January from the MLS. Really hopeful we don’t get any other midfield injuries between now and the holidays
