    Prioritised Villa's sporting project? Ouch.

I know it's probably his agent sister stirring the pot

In general he's unreliable, but he was first to report Everton's interest in Onana. That's the only reason I posted it lol

Yeah I expect him off to Bayern. Hadn’t seen any talk to United even being interested before today though, which I find strange. First team pathway for both Arsenal and United is quite similar. Although I do see why he would have some reservations under Arteta whether warranted or not. Expectations do change at the top of the table after all. Either way yeah would be a nice to have but I’m not going to hold my breath.

yeah he gets the odd story right, but he’s been talking absolute bollocks about United all summer. Saying we’re sending lawyers to UEFA to sort out Todibo lol

In all seriousness I hope it all works out. Would be bad for the league and the city of Liverpool if it all truly went tits up.

That was a concern of mine (being asset stripped). Hopefully we're protected form that sort of thing for now?

Transfers won’t really help in terms of immediate cash injection. But it will reduce operating cost.

If Moshiri wanted to use his money to sink a club, he hasn't done a bad job.

“Including TFG’s new loan, Everton owe more than £600m to three external lenders — A-Cap/777, Cheshire-based Rights and Media Funding and TFG — as well as £450m in shareholder loans to current owner Farhad Moshiri.”

    Fucking hell

I do a fair amount of rich people owning things and then loaning it to themselves with interest work in the legal field (my employer law firm is the “bad guy” in a lot of corporate law situations). It never ends in any way but their holdings being in debt and yet they all keep doing it.

Apparently this girl is reliable. Of course, the danger is mouthpieces are naturally fed the info a club wants the fans to hear. It must be said, it's absolute madcap to me how we could potentially keep our assets, sign new players and have the stadium funded in spite of what's going on. That said, business isn't my forte.

  18. Looks like Djed Spence will be going on the pre-season tour. It seems more out of necessity than Ange wanting him to stick around. But if Djed can repeat Wednesday’s performance throughout the pre-season, he could convince Ange he’s the guy for the backup RB role.

    Ngl, this made me laugh.

who had footballers starting an international incident between France and Argentina on their bingo card?

Alexis MacAllister humming “don’t be suspicious” in every team photo as his historical lineage certainly isn’t Latin/Iberian lmao

His name is Scottish though so it’s far more likely his ancestors were Scottish colonisers that came to Ireland. So yeah he ain’t got anything to say :humpf:
