Seeing Palace finally beat the wankers yesterday was particularly bloody great. Wan Bissaka setting up our winner was also great!

Also, James was rightly booked IMO. He was on his way down when he was tapped on the knee and proceed to act like he had lost a leg.

:crylaugh: whatever your thoughts, James getting booked for getting kicked is a joke.

Absolutely bizarre that City didn't get a penalty. What is the point of VAR?

Spurs are going to make mincemeat out of us.

I think the issue is the current rules around VAR usage and the updated rule language that make it so strict. there's gotta be a better balance because this is the only sport with any issues with the electronic technology in use to help referee it.

Feels more like the English refs don't want to overrule their mate's decision on the pitch.

That might be the worst corner routine I've ever seen. We get anywhere near the Spurs box and we defend it for them.

Yeah, VAR isn't working for these decisions.

Pochettino's a very good coach but he can't stop Spurs being Spurs.

I don't really understand how we could be so appallingly bad against Norwich and then stand up to Spurs like we did today.

Defensively, we actually looked pretty good. Concerned about us going forward. Joelinton looks very promising, but we were so sloppy trying to move forward. Was a piece of terrible marking which let us steal it.

I don't think this is too far off. That's what the City one today felt like.

I’m not the biggest Trippier fan but what was the thinking behind selling him given Spurs other right backs?

I also think signing Sessegnon was a waste of money for Spurs. They should have tried to get a starting left back.

    Also where's Vertonghen?

Losing to Palace yesterday doesn’t feel so bad after seeing Tottenham’s result

He was booked for simulation. Which he was doing when he threw himself down before the tap on the knee.

Bloody Burnley scoring against Wolves, I needed a clean sheet from Patricio for my fantasy team ffs. Talking of which, is there a Chorus fantasy league?
