Anyone else feeling burnt out by this season? Not because of results, but the sheer amount of football.

Just this month, Arsenal have played on Wed 1st, Sat 4th, Tue 7th, Sun 12th, Wed 15th, Sat 18th, Wed 22nd. And we’re also playing on Sat 25th, Wed 29th, Sun 2nd, and Wed 5th before there’s a gap.

It’s just WAAAAY too much.

Yeah. I had a bad bad flu around the turn of the year and couldn’t watch telly so I didn’t watch any football for a few weeks and like I didn’t miss it at all? There’s so much and the games aren’t exactly that exciting.

 

Feel like the Max Dowman cat is fully out of the bag now. The NY times are writing about him, which is crazy.

Hope he has the mental ability to deal with all of the attention that is going to come his way. What I’ve seen of him is insane but this is so much pressure on a young kid.

Haha. Ayden Heaven is good friends with Chido, and also not particularly attached to Arsenal. Think he spent the majority of his youth career at West Ham, then Chelsea, then us. So I don’t blame him, if United are offering silly wages then he should do it.

Dowman will definitely get offers from all sorts of clubs. Likely his parents are already being offered lots of money to sway him, which is an issue, but like MLS and Nwaneri he’s been at the club since he was 4 and is a boyhood fan, so it’s unlikely he leaves like that.
