obviously I want United to sort their shit out no matter who is in charge but I really do desperately hope it gets to work out for Amorim

from a personality and character standpoint he’s absolutely the right guy to lead us through the muck and the better days will feel that much sweeter if he makes it out to the other side

Some very tough negotiations there, I'm sure...

  4. Of course Dorgu is going to a league rival.

getting anyone in for that LWB spot this window was crucial so glad to see that’s getting done

Encouraging to hear they’re lining up other incomings as well, would really like to see another CM who can come in and really help run things next to Ugarte. Mainoo is great but even under the best circumstances shouldn’t be relied on as a starter, his lack of physicality and passing range is really hindering him since we moved to playing with a midfield two.

  7. Just saw some replays of the Kulusevski goal. I was watching on my phone live and didn’t realize how perfect of a chip it was at the time.

How did Chelsea sign eight goalkeepers and not get a single good one?

  9. Seeing so many reports of “Ange is safe but this is a decisive week for him” and it makes me angry lol

Not because he might get sacked. But because they haven’t sacked him yet and acknowledge the situation…but haven’t done anything to address the situation…and then say if it isn’t better this week he could be done.

I know I’m a broken record on this. I’m sorry haha

But it’s mind-boggling. The lack of urgency to do anything, whether it’s buy players or sack the manager, is infuriating. Just sitting on their hands.

Seems like Garnacho to Napoli could be happening any day now

  13. What happened with Garnacho? I thought he’d be good.

He is good, he's just been overplayed and underdeveloped for such a young player. He's 20 so plenty of room to grow, given his potential. He's getting into some bad habits that need to be coached out of him, something United are notoriously shit at. Plus he doesn't fit the new system so no real place for him at the minute, combined with being pure profit™ from a FFP view.

Has all the hall marks of being a sale we'll regret when we move to a different system and Napoli develop him into a world beater. We'd only ruin him anyway, might as well get £60m for him if we can.

  15. 18 years old and currently injured. The complete opposite of what we should be targeting lol

Max Dowman is in first team training at Arsenal today, after impressing in the U21’s.

He turned 15 on New Years Eve.

    We are all ancient.

Cunha to Arsenal chatter is picking up. Odds have been slashed by the bookies, too.

One of our decently reliable ITKs has claimed that personal terms have been signed, and that he’s pushing for the move and refusing to sign a new contract he’s been offered. Means nothing if we don’t strike a deal with Wolves though, preferably before we play them at the weekend lol.

  23. Iraola would be my choice

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Spurs would be better off hiring all the backroom and boardroom people at Bournemouth. That might actually get them going in the right direction. Iraola would be a waste of talent.

I’ve said before that I think Thomas Frank would be a really good get.

If I’m Iraola, I’m not leaving Bournemouth to go to Spurs given the state of the two clubs right now. Frank & McKenna would surely want to step up though.
