what an atmosphere here as we see arsenal fans in disappointment.

"robbie; at what point did arsenal lose the league?"

I mean, most likely, but I’m just saying I can see why they chose to do what they did.

Also let’s not pretend the media won’t love that conversation too.

Given Everton's record v Arsenal, they didn't select it based on competitiveness levels lol

Yeah, I swear we get Everton at home to end the season quite a lot.

I mean TBH it's an unfair question to ask.

Arsenal never lost the title. They just never took it away from City.

City are to the PL(currently) what Real Madrid is to the Champions League.

You HAVE to be perfect to get them out. If you're not both teams will inevitably capitalize on the mistake.

  6. Sunday is going to be fun. Title race. Spurs and Chelsea battling for Europa. That gives us 4 games with real stakes.

Two relegated clubs making the Championship Playoff Final, and the other winning the title, what a boring season.

I can think of a few clubs who could learn from this approach. But also, what have I missed here?

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Newcastle as well (United too really, but they won't care about Europa Conference). Given that City will likely win the FA Cup, the Europa spot will drop down to 6th, meaning 7th is in with a shot at the Conference spot. Really, Newcastle should be chasing 6th and staying above United for the first time ever, but I can't see Chelsea having any trouble knocking Bournemouth over.

2nd Division Ghanaian side Steadfast FC are going to get $7m for the loan-to-buy deal for Abdul Fatawu after Leicester’s promotion back to the PL

Steadfast FC sold Fatawu seemingly for free to Sporting but retained a 50% sell on clause. Sporting’s loan to Leicester became a permanent transfer upon promotion.

$7m for a 2nd division Ghanaian side is so wild, wonder what they’ll do with the money

FM streamer Zealand broke it down on this secondary channel he’s recently started where he talks off the cuff about recent soccer stories and news. I’ve been enjoying it

Anyone looking for fun football today should look to the Bundesliga final matches on at 2:30 (UK). The relegation battle is tight.

All teams are playing midtable teams potentially on the beach already.

  18. Seems like Spurs are still obsessed about signing Conor Gallagher. I imagine it’ll happen fairly early in the window unless he suddenly comes to agreement on a new deal with Chelsea.

I do think there are better players out there. But Gallagher would be a really good fit in Ange’s system. His PL experience is a big plus. And it’s always nice to have a good HG player.

I’m not too shocked if that’s true. They’ve been playing badly for a while and he’s been open about not liking Brighton’s recruitment policy.

He’s been meeting with Tony bloom multiple times and things seemed settled yesterday but he was critical all winter of Brighton’s lack of strengthening the squad. Brighton’s focus is being solidifying top ten’s

Be interesting to see who they replace him with. With it being Brighton, you'd think they already have a list of potential options drawn up.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them try for McKenna, with Will Still as second choice.
