I haven't heard anything about what Nick's saying here, but these two seem to be the options.

We're gonna have a tight battle for those Europa/Conference league spots in fantasy down to the wire. 6-7-8 separated by 9 points going into the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday games.

Pretty sure the four UCL places are locked in, but I think first place is still up for grabs depending.

I'm already planning for next season lol. This season has been a disaster.

I started out so well. I was top of the table on October 1st. Karma for all the Spurs jokes, I suppose.

  6. The funniest part of Spurs fans freaking out about tomorrow is that they think we actually have a chance to win anyways

Am I going to find out for two hours tomorrow how disappointing it is to be a Spurs fan?

  8. I’m gonna spin it as a win-win for Spurs.

If we win, it’s a huge uplifting win at the end of the season top carry momentum into next season. We just lost 4 games in a row and then barely beat a relegated Burnley team. A big win is definitely needed. And we knock down the giant of the league from winning again.

If we lose, we most likely prevent Arsenal from winning the league and the loss will be such an afterthought.

I honestly lean way more toward wanting to win. Arsenal is a huge rival and their fans will be pricks about winning the league. But guess what? They’re already pricks now! So what’s the difference? Why are we worried about what they’re doing? We should be focused on how to make Tottenham better and only that. Winning tomorrow should absolutely not come with any kind of disappointment. It’d be a huge victory.

(When I say Arsenal fans, it’s not directed at anyone in here).

Tbf all football fans are pricks online, and many more in real life, especially about their rivals. So you aren’t saying something that isn’t true ha.

  10. Not familiar with everyone on this list but Gyorekes would be a fun option. Have a feeling we end up with Toney though.

  11. Yeah, I meant that they’re already pricks toward Spurs fans (and vice versa), so what difference does it make if they win the title? It’s going to be the exact same jokes that they use now lol

My dad told me he doesn’t know how to feel about rooting for Spurs.

I told him IDGAF, tomorrow it’s #COYS and When The Spurs Come Marching In (stolen from Southampton) and all that bollocks.

    Until you lose, at least.

Not met someone yet (who isn't City fan) that doesn't want a Spurs win tomorrow.

  16. Shit. My bad. I saw that name and mistook it for the guy who wrote that Poch book lol

I have no clue what HITC is

Graeme Bailey used to be the chief Sky Sports football reporter but he lost his job and started working for HITC (Here In The City). HITC used to be a finance site but it decided to report solely on football since last year.

They have an excellent football essay channel, HITC Sevens.

    No idea otherwise.

I'm just wondering it's legit or just made-up rumor stuff or relies heavily on rumors that are somewhat true.

because I'm not 100% on board with MLS in San Diego but that would definitely pique my interest.

  20. Villa losing today opens the door for Spurs to slip into a CL spot. Late season surge to secure top 4 would be awesome.
