where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

Did declan even want to go to Man U?

I thought it was city or arsenal and he chose to stay in London

  3. Two best teams in the league have elite #6 and both are vital to their team’s season. Really hope Spurs can find someone like that at DM to stabilize our midfield.

There really aren't that many elite #6s in the world, are there? Like, I know elite is a select group anyway, but I don't think there are that many even good to great #6s around.

  5. Definitely harder to find in recent years. They’re all more box to box type guys.

No. He outright rejected United and chose Arsenal cause his family wouldn't have to move and we'd basically spent the previous twelve months chasing him and selling him on the "project".

United was never a serious consideration, unlike City.

Ya, Spurs are going to need to "get it right" through scouting rather than sign a proven #6

    Rodri, Rice, Tchouameni, Palhinha.

    Who else is even close?

Manu Kone, Edson Alvarez, and Manuel Ugarte have potential, maybe. If I'm Spurs, I'd go with Kone.

  9. Yeah, it’ll definitely have to be a younger player that develops into a high caliber player. Which is perfectly fine with me.

  10. Casemiro this weekend

    Tyler Adams
kidding, but he could get better still if he's healed from this year long injury

  13. Speaking of buying younger players who can develop into elite level players, VDV is a good example. Really, our whole backline is a good example. Hopefully we can keep them all together because in a couple years they can be a really good unit.

I know he’s about to be sacked and under a lot of pressure but some of the questions he’s being asked is ridiculous

Unless his legs are being amputated, he'll play.

That said we beat Man City without him this season so it's no excuse.

IF this is true (big if), who even plays lol

It’s true. First four are guaranteed out. Evans failed a fitness test before Palace and played 90 minutes and is clearly not fit. Bruno is probably done for the season/till the final.

Evans/Casemiro probably play. I know you’ve been saying we might actually turn up and do yous. But I’d be happy if we keep it under 8.

Arsenal pulling a reverse 8-2 would be incredible

  22. Is 16 points the lowest ever for a season?

  23. KrisArronNev

No. Derby County only got 11 points with just one win all season.

  24. Derby County 11 points in 2007/2008
    Sunderland 15 points in 2005/2006
    Huddersfield 16 points in 2018/2019
Aston Villa 17 points in 2015/2016
    Sunderland 19 points in 2002/2003

    That’s the bottom 5

Quiet Old Firm so far. Just the 3 goals in the last 5 minutes, including a comedy OG.
