I can see why they called it a foul but I don’t think it really affected the goal build up. Harsh to take it away.

 

Probably suits United's attack if Spurs drop off. Pogba's touch/passing and Cavani's movement more suited to playing against a low block than stretching a high line. Although counter attack obvious a risk.
