This ref is ridiculous

 

This was one of the most ridiculous games I have seen. Completely dominated and still lost. 31-6 shots on goal. With Lewy and/or Gnabry we probably would have won comfortably. And on top of that 2 more injuries. Now it will be hard to still win the tie but it's still possible. If we only convert half the chances we had today we can make it.

Also the ref was all over the place. He did not have a real shocking decision but he never was consistent in his calls. He let clear fouls unpunished and then called the softest challenges. And pretty much all the yellow cards he gave (for both teams) were completely unnecessary.

 

It was a great game. Really felt like it could go either way for almost all of it, even when PSG initially took the 0-2 lead. Unusually for me, I found myself just sitting back and enjoying it.

Hopefully the second leg is similar because that was a lot of fun.

Genuinely in the running for worst pundit ever. There are loads of bad pundits but Scholes can barely even talk. There's not a single element of his personality that helps me understand why he keeps getting booked. Must be part of a 2 for 1 from a media agency.

 

Horrid game of football against a horrid team that did fuck all but foul and dive until we scored.

 

Is it just me or is it weird pundits calling all the players by their first names? "Marcus this, David that". Just sounds ... unnatural.

 

Worse is when Lampard was in charge of Chelsea.
