Al Ahly have looked really quite good at points today. Some of their passing has been great.

I wish there was a way for the best teams on each continent to play each other more regularly and with more variety of clubs. Guest slots in the Champions League maybe or some sort of competition where they play each other over a period of a couple of seasons to pick an overall champion.

 

It was infrequent, but Mexican teams took part in the copa libertadores/sudamericana, though I don't think its happened in a few years
