Cutting it fine, but that's a decent bit of business actually. Better option than Tosun anyway I'd think?

Yeah, King's more experienced in the league and much more versatile. I'm looking forward to seeing him play.

King leaving Bournemouth is great news because we’ve got them tonight.

Really disappointed but not surprised that we didn’t bring anyone in yesterday. It’s going to be a very difficult back end of the season. No doubting that the lads we have are well up for a scrap and are still fighting for the club and for Thompson but I just can’t see us having the firepower to stop up.

that's disgraceful from AVB all things considered.

    Rojo's gone.

    hmmm

A club can't be signing players that their coach has explicitly said "no" to.

  8. estacey99

Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything is terrible.

Phil Jones next please (he's 100% getting a testimonial isn't he)

A manager shouldn’t be coming out and laying the blame at the feet of the player and “resign” because of him. AVB has clashed with the Marseille board before, it just seems he’s using Ntcham as another excuse. I’m not saying Marseille have no blame, but it’s disgraceful that AVB has come out like that and put it on Ntcham.

Be twice the ocean. Be twice the land.

AVB absolutely could have worded it better if the intent of his comments were to challenge ownership decisions but he's come off looking like a complete dickhead. I hope Ntcham is a success at OM off the back of this.

Yeah, I mean that’s usually my excuse when I leave clubs in FM to try make a story in my head. At least that’s just a video game, but I still feel bad for the 4000 shitty under 21 players my director of football signed and ruined my wage budget with when I blame them in my head.

    hmmm

I haven't seen a quote where he's blamed Ntcham. All I've seen is AVB justifiably pointing the finger at the board.

in addition to that, he apparently said last week it wasn't up to him who they were signing to replace Sanson. So he was clearly already aware of how the board works, he's just throwing Ntcham under the bus because he doesn't want to stick around until the summer after already saying he would leave then.

  16. JM95

    hmmm

He may or may not be but he's not blaming Ntcham there.

wait no, sorry that was out of habit. VAR :crylaugh: what a joke of a decision.

Refs not had a great game. On the Arsenal pen claim it should have been a goal kick but gave a corner, gave Wolves a throw-in instead of a corner, and got the penalty call wrong.

    Luiz is bad though.

:crylaugh: Leno wtf was that! Holding his side like it hit him there :crylaugh:
