Micah Richards is THE most bias pundit going. Like, his personality is a welcome change, but his bias actually makes him a really poor pundit overall. Worships City, despises United, and says any old thing to back it up.

 

I mean, he's basically there to counter Roy Keane, who is unwaveringly grumpy and is pro-United. All of these pundits have their biases, and it's annoyingly when you feel like they are inherently anti-your club but they are literally provoking a reaction for audience interaction.
