The lay back and counter strategy is always so stressful and gets you burned in games like that. It’s a bummer. Regroup, figure some things out, and come out strong this weekend.

That was disappointing but I’m still excited about how everything is going for us right now. Title race is far from over. Losing 2-1 away to Liverpool isn’t a bad result. We just have to win the home match with them.

 

Something nice about seeing Jose’s bus being beaten.

It was an intense match lol I had a feeling it wouldn’t end in a draw. Was obviously just hoping it went the other way haha

 

It easily could've done. The middle third of the game did not feel good at all. We got a bit of the control back as the second half wore on, I think. Thankfully at that point it was from a drawing position and not a losing one.

Yep. And for the second game in a row we got a player sent off when we were looking like we would go on and win. We were beginning to play some good stuff when Gabriel made a silly challenge and got a second yellow.

Still could have won it, but green shoots and all.

 

Gabriel got two yellows in a couple of minutes too, right?

Tried to do a Make Arsenal Great Again save.

turns out it is pretty difficult lol. We didn’t win in all comps for five weeks at one point but are somehow only 8th. Bizarrely Spurs are 18th.

 

I wasn't going to this save because I thought he'd be at Milan, but they didn't sign him after the loan and he was leaving on a free transfer. Couldn't resist!

Spurs are terrible in this FM. They've been fighting against relegation a couple of times and never made it in the top 6 so far on mine.

 

Cavani about to get a 3 game ban. Just what we need. Fucking hell.
