Just sat down to find it on tv and got irrationally angry about this. Arsenal-United is tv. Put Villa-Soton on streaming ffs

Doesn't help that neither of the front two can hold the ball up

Of course Fred gets booked for that when he’s let Holding off for similar.

and a free kick for AWB winning the ball :crylaugh:

Lmao Arsenal do not give a shit. Tactical fouling the second United get anywhere near their half.

    @fangclubb Prestigious

Well they got away with it for the first 25 minutes. Why would they stop?

Surely this is Ole done for? 3 losses at home in the first 6 games of the season. 7 points from 6, with no wins at home. It has to be the end for him.

Mat Ryan dropped by Brighton. It was coming.

Scoreline flattered us. They were a much much better team. I can only blame Ole. Completely wrong set up, waited until we conceded to make a change. Slow, ponderous trying to play a weird diamond with Pogba too far wide, and Fred out of position.

Gabriel is a fucking legend. Was worried he would get sent off but he’s so fucking good man.

Massive win for us though. We should have scored more. Completely mauled hem tactically and it was only though bad finishing we didn’t win 3-0.

Much needed result after our recent difficult run, and we’ve already gone to Anfield, OT and The Etihad.

  19. Keeper making his debut against Spurs. Haven’t seen this one before.

Genuinely no idea how we got out of that conceding only one goal :crylaugh:

I also cannot believe Ole did nothing to try and counter your press. It looked like he hadn’t even mentioned it to the players that you would press high and early.

I’m really enjoying Ole doing just enough to not get sacked, whilst simultaneously being a crap manager that will never be good enough over a full season.

  22. Brighton basically have their entire team in the box lol

  23. One of the weaker penalties I’ve seen haha

    hmmm

Hadn't realised OGS had been in charge for 100 games now.

56% win percentage is pretty good. 24% losses though. The standard us and City have set means that's way off. You can't be losing one every four now and expect to push on at the very top.

I don't think he's a crap coach incidentally. I know as a Liverpool fan that opinion might not be trusted but he does show a keen tactical eye at times. He's probably a manager who doesn't have enough at the very elite level across a full season, and excels only in certain games.
