I should be clear that I wasn't defending the player. I was more pointing out how ridiculous it was to claim the ref heard nothing when there's a pretty readily available video of the ref saying he did.

Video you sent pretty strongly shows that the Phoenix player is a liar, because he clearly shouts *something* boy.

 

It says a lot about our recent performances that I'm feeling like Eric Dier in the face of playing Brentford. They're going to go for it and we're going to get slapped by a Championship team.

 

There must be some money laundering or something going on with the fees Liverpool get for their unproven players. I used to think it was just Bournemouth incompetence, but it's every club that deals with them...

Europa League is so fascinating. I love reading the groups and being genuinely interested by the teams in it.

Our group is pretty simple. I'm gutted I can't go to Vienna, Molde or Dundalk away.

 

Some really good groups in there.

Group F with Napoli, Sociedad, and AZ is really fun.

Group H is really tough. Celtic, AC Milan, Lille and Sparta... As close to group of death as you can get in EL.

Also like the look of group K with CSKA, Dinamo Zagreb, and Feyenoord.

 

Group H is tasty

 

On FM, I finished 4th with Palace but apparently Ole winning the league was more worthy of MOTY than that.

Also missed out on the Arsenal and Spurs jobs during the summer, but at least I get to play some Champions League football instead.

I'm expecting to fight against relegation and get fired by Christmas now, the FM way.

 

Leverkusen SHOULD come out of that group on top, but now that I've put it out into the universe, it probably won't happen

 

I think the most shocking thing about it is that it didn't happen to Williams.

 

It looks like Aurier will be staying with Spurs for now. Which I'm actually happy to hear. He's been pretty good in his starts this season. The signing of Doherty and the competition it brings has been good for him. Doherty/Aurier at RB and Reguilon/Davies at LB is tremendous depth.

 

FM 2020? United are so overpowered it’s hilarious.

 

Mario Gotze is about to sign for Hertha Berlin.

 

I know this got talked about but watching this with Milan commentary is amazing. Not only that but what a crazy penalty kick sequence. The two keepers missing in the exact same way was quality.
