That match was unbearable. But at least it’s over with. Liverpool are just a step above everyone else in the league and we are a work in progress.

Seen a lot of fans moaning about the performances of Leno, AMN, Bellerin, Willian, Pepe, Lacazette.

I'm not trying to make excuses for them but it's not every game you play one of the two best teams in the world, and for a team at the start of a rebuild it's obviously going to be tough to play a team that has won both the Premier League and the Champions League.

I wonder how weak the team will look tomorrow. Jose kinda said he will prioritize the EL game Thursday, and considering we just played Sunday, it could be a complete B squad against Chelsea.

 

I hope Canada become less terrible. They’re going to be in a World Cup in 5/6 years and may be the weakest host team of all time.

In my current FM game, I am Arsenal and Canada manager, with the aim to get them out of the groups when 2026 comes about. It is looking tricky.

 

Gotta be honest I under estimated Qatar’s current FIFA World Cup ranking after this. South Africa was not very high when they hosted though.

 

Lmao that is unreal. Staring an FM game with Stoke with the goal of getting them into the +, I estimate this will take me 45 seasons to accomplish.

 

The way Lampard was talking it sounds like Chelsea will put out a strong lineup. Not looking forward to this game at all. I can’t imagine Kane playing and Son is hurt. Ugh.
