A few times, it was always in response to opposing teams though. Never a sustained period.

 

Yeah, I am just curious if he looks to do that with Doherty and Reguilon here now. Both clearly more suited as wingbacks.

 

Dele left out of the Spurs squad? I had written off him being involved in the Bale deal, but seems like it might actually be happening.

 

Latest I read was that we offered him in a deal and RM said no lol

I've also read that he could leave in a separate deal, to another team.

But I really have no clue what is true. I would be surprised if any of that were true. And him not being in the lineup today doesn't really mean much since it's a weaker opponent and long travel, with another game Sunday.

I'm not against it. I think there is still a good player in him but he hasn't shown much in a couple years. The only issue here is that he's still young and we'd be selling very low.

 

We have so many games so close to one another, players are going to sit for rest. Jose already said 8 first team players are going to sit

 

It sounds like Mail Sport is speculating purely on him being left out of the squad, and being subbed off Sunday.

So again, it wouldn't be completely out of nowhere, but it also sounds like speculation more than sources.

 

He hasn’t been at his best for a while but I think Spurs would be stupid to sell him. From the outside it feels like Mourinho’s vendetta against Martial.

 

Nkoukou and Gordon were two shining lights tonight. Kean hit the bar when he should of scored, though.

 

I'm guessing Sessegnon will now be loaned out with Reguilon arriving. Hopefully Ajax is still interested because that would be an ideal spot for him. I really don't want to sell him outright though. I'm still a believer in him.
