Nah no video that I'm aware of. Just bits of details coming out via statements or random tweets.

Henrik Larsson has joined Koeman's staff. Not just one club legend to paper over a disaster, but two!

Messi is going on a very public campaign (for him) to get Bartomeu to leave. It's very clearly, "You stay or I stay," and you can tell Bartomeu is trying to make Messi the villain if/when Messi does leave. (Messi is free to negotiate new contracts come January. I think he's committed to at least one more season at Barcelona, mainly because I think he's aware no one can actually afford him. I think he'd stay entirely if Bartomeu left immediately.)

Edit: Messi apparently told Bartomeu, when asked, that his preference for coach was Xavi, so the appointment of Koeman was a slap in the face.

is it me, or are both of these not good appointments? They need someone proven, who can shift deadwood and change a squad and rebuild.

An unproven manager from the Middle Eastern leagues or someone who has been hit or miss for his club teams doesn’t seem ideal.

They should have just got Poch. Doesn’t matter what bullshit he said, he would take it and do well.

I agree. Xavi would just be chasing what Zidane did.

Honestly, Lampard needs to be challenging for the title with that squad now. That is fucking crazy, and they were pretty good as it was already.

Sam Lee has continuously said Man City (mainly Tixki and Pep) don't want to be seen as the bad guys if Messi leaves Barca for City.

He should of been sent off but that's a belting goal.

Edit: Could be a Lukaku own goal. Definitely belting.

How, exactly, are Salah, Mane, Aubameyang, and Rashford considered midfielders, premier league fantasy?

No idea how they decide it but all of them started out wide at some point last season. Richarlison is down as a forward for the same reason. Funnily enough, he could play out wide for some games next season.

Are they though? The final is this Sunday and their first league match is next Saturday I thought.

You are correct, I misread the tweet. The league is starting before they finish their season.

Well, going by transfer fees alone (using Chelsea FC - Transfers 19/20)

    2019/20 player sales of £141.5million (Hazard + others) - 2019/20 spending of £40.5million (Kovacic) = 101million
    then + 2020/21 player sales (Morata + Pasalic) of £66million = 167million.

    Ziyech £36m, Werner £48m, Chilwell £50m and Havertz approx. £80m = £214million, minus the £167m = £47million.

4 top class players for what equates to little more than what City just paid for Nathan Ake :-p
