  1. Parrott to Millwall on loan has already been announced. Skipp to Fulham is one that's seem inevitable. And now there are whispers of Sessegnon on loan to Ajax.

All 3 of those players have great potential imo so I'm glad to see them all going to situations where they could really develop.

That Ajax loan is mad, he'll play champions league football, a higher level than at his parent club. Always love when stuff like that happens haha.

  3. Yeah, but the domestic league is certainly a step or two down so I guess it'll balance out.

The curious part to me is that Ajax has Tagliafico at LB. He is pretty good. There have been rumors they could sell him (I recall Chelsea being linked), but I really have no clue what the club's plans are for him. If he stays, that'd tell me Sessegnon is going to keep playing LW/LM. I was hoping we'd start developing him into a LB but I don't know what the plan is tbh.

LWB is probably what's best suited for him but I don't think Jose will play that system.

  4. Gareth Bale's situation with Real Madrid is the most absurd thing ever lol

Bale and Ozil absolutely taking the piss, and I can't blame them.

No swan song for David Silva tonight. I know he's about to join Lazio but I thought the purpose of keeping him this long was to let him play in the Champions League.

I fancy Madrid tonight. I don't know why, they're just something else in the Champions League

  9. I'm sticking with my Bayern CL prediction

I think if City can get through tonight, the single leg format might favour them more than the usual setup. There won't be any danger of Guardiola overthinking an away leg, and he'd be able to put all his thought into just winning the one game. Ordinarily the balance of Bayern's squad makes them favourites for the competition but I wouldn't like to bet.

Big game tonight. Interesting to see how both teams approach it.

Definitely. Honestly, if I was City or PSG, I would be thinking this is the best time we'll ever have to break the duck. With the players they have, all it takes is a couple of them to hit a hot streak and whole picture changes.

I do think City missing Aguero is going to hurt them though.

    City will win it all

It can't fail to. I think Guardiola will relish the challenge to overcome that and put even more focus on tactically outwitting the opposition coach, but it's a precarious balance when you're missing your key goalscorer. You can't really cover for that tactically.

Jesus on the left. Foden central. Interesting.

Silva is on the bench. He wasn't in City's squad on Twitter. Weird.

Probably to avoid fans turning up at the stadium to say goodbye. I think some sort of guard of honour was planned or something. If they leave him off the squad on twitter, then people would think there's no point in turning up. Just a guess.

Jesus City have three centre backs on the bench, and they’re still playing Fernandinho there? Pep must hate Stones.

I saw that and straight away I thought he was pulling the old Ferguson and Mourinho trick of trying to make a statement to the board. Like a look I have all my players available and I'm still playing someone else out of position instead. I definitely need a shiny new one instead.
