Isn't that just our away kit from a couple of years ago but in red? Similar to Chelsea's from last season (I think it was) too.

 

The filters they've used on the player shots make the shirts look so cheap and nasty. The well lit ones look OK, apart from the Chevrolet logo, which still looks crap.

After being linked to Deeney I've talked myself into being fully onboard with bringing in Coutinho. At least he isn't a complete waste.

 

Wondering if there can be a more civil debate here ( i think there can be). But here's a question that got posed to a football group on Facebook after the FA Cup.

 

Does Pulisic play RW? If so, probably yes at United (for at least 1 more week anyway). No chance at City or Liverpool.

 

I argued that even the "starters" at City don't "start"

I believe he would get in the rotation just as much as Foden/bernardo

 

Pulisic has played LW for Chelsea, #10 for the US, and RW for Dortmund, iirc

I don’t think he’d supplant Sterling or B. Silva, Mane or Salah... but maybe any of the attacking mids for Liverpool behind Firmino. But not De Bruyne

 

I think it's a bit unfair to Pulusic to pose that question, especially with Liverpool and City.

Liverpool have maybe the best tandem of attacking wingers in the world. I'd only need one hand to count to players I'd rather have at RW/LW than Mane or Salah. And with City, they have endless money and buy elite talent at every position. Not to the extent of Liverpool, but there aren't many attacking players in the world that'd walk into that starting XI.

With United, I think it's much more of a debate. I'd absolutely start him over Greenwood at RW. And I think him v Rashford is fairly close.

Pulusic is 21 years old and walked into the PL and had an immediate impact. He carried Chelsea in a lot of games. For a player that young and inexperienced in that level of play, it is very impressive to step up as the leader like that.

 

I suppose if Klopp wanted to go with a more attacking lineup, like he does at times with Ox starting in the midfield, Pulusic would have a spot in their 11. But he wouldn't be able to start on the wing.

 

Pulisic would probably be an active rotation guy for us. He could sub in for Rashford, or Bruno. If we don't sign Sancho he would have the right hand side all to himself and Greenwood would be challenging up top.

 

I think you also have to consider his teammates. Chelsea has a solid team this year but he didn’t have the supporting cast he’d have at Liverpool or City. And even at United with Pogba and Bruno.

I hope he heals up quick so we can see him with better weapons around him.

I don’t know who I should realistically want. I’m not crazy any Aarons who we’ve been linked to the most. Celik is another but I don’t know anything about him. Dest from Ajax would be cool but I think he’s getting looked at by a lot of teams.

 

Dest has been linked to Barcelona a fair amount. I’d faint to have a Yank there (and hopefully succeed).

 

Semedo has been linked to Spurs a fair amount the last couple windows. Maybe Dest would replace Semedo if he left?

 

I know he has not played since his heart attack a while ago, but another legend officially retires

 

Fulham much better so far.

 

Brentford look like a Premier League team in attack but at the back they are disjointed.
