I saw a stat saying this could be the first time in 11 years Spurs finish outside the top 6. Which I didn’t realize until I read that. We’ve been “just not quite good enough” for over a decade.

 

The best thing about Spurs is that they Spursed so hard Leicester won a title.

 

They Spursed so hard that season, they were in a two horse title race and still came third.

 

Yeah, Leicester winning wasn’t the worst part of it. They played well and won their games at the end. So us winning more at the end wouldn’t have necessarily mattered.

A bunch of players stayed on the pitch after the game and didn’t go back to the locker room. It didn’t seem like much to me but the broadcast here keeps talking about it.
