Been in good form recently. Arsenal bantered themselves out of the Europa League midweek. Chelsea drew to Bournemouth. Liverpool lose. Great week.

Nothing to do with that. We haven't been the same since the winter break. It's a familiar pattern under Klopp, that after extended breaks, (a week and a half or longer) the team doesn't play as well and doesn't get the same results. It's a rhythm thing. We weren't playing fluidly in the first two games back when Henderson featured.

 

It was absolutely pathetic. Stopping the game and even considering to abandon it just because some fans insult a billionaire. And even with the most generic slur these days.

Some weeks ago Hertha player Torunarigha was racially abused by Schalke fans. Nothing was done then and he even got sent off later because he freaked out (understandably).

So I guess the DFB just set their priorities straight: Racial abuse is somewhat ok, but insulting a white billionaire is not.

 

Lol I totally overlooked that he played in the match against atletico. For some reason I had it in my mind that he missed that one. So I modify my statement, they're leaking goals in his absence!!!
