I need to find the tweet but I saw one that explained basically youre best results this year were with minimal possession and your worst were when you had the most possession. Do you want Allegri?

Ole’s win % without penalties is 7%. SEVEN lol.

No, I’m not a fan of Allegri‘s style of play, but he’s a winner I could warm up to him I guess

Wasn’t expecting to see salty Jose so quickly.

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Spurs’ midfield continues to be a mess

  5. Damn everybody told me Son would never do anything dirty or try to hurt anyone the last time he obviously did both of those things, this is crazy, i can't believe this,

Son is the first player to get three reds in a calendar year since Lee Catermole in 2010.

but he's "not that kind of player"...

He literally isn't dirtier than the average player though lol. I cannot be the only one who though it could have easily been a yellow card on another day - certainly not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, considering the main incident that happened in this game.

  10. It's like I tried to explain yesterday, the red is for him being a moron (and deserved) more so than him being malicious. The optics are worse than what actually happened. It wasn't a kick or a stomp. He pushed his feet into Rudiger. He acted like he had been assaulted and went down, drawing attention to the incident. He clearly was acting and wasn't hurt but his tactics worked. It brought attention to Son's moronic action and VAR really had no choice but to give the red. Like someone said earlier, if you let that slide as a yellow, you start a slippery slope.

  11. Everyone is after Soumare now. I think Spurs could have a slight advantage due to some of Mourinho’s staff coming from Lille. And his close relationship with Campos, who is still at Lille. Seems like a good fit for both sides. He’d fill such a big need at DM. And pairing him with Ndombele would be ridiculous.

isn’t he like the first player to be shown 3 red cards in a year since like Lee Catermole?

It was like David Beckham's red card against Argentina in 1998 WC - one of the weakest red cards you will ever see. Of his 3 reds, Son's shove on Lerma and kick on Rudiger are small-time offenses IMO compared to studs-up challenges and high elbows when jumping that go unpunished all the time. I of course have to spell out that I don't think he is the "good guy" his reputation suggested, merely that he is a normal footballer who loses his cool sometimes just like countless others.

Edit: who the hell cares though lol, wasting my own damn time here :crylaugh:

  15. His play against Gomes was so dirty that Tottenham won the appeal and they reduced it from a red to a yellow.

They won the appeal because he was visibly shaken and contrite in the aftermath and didn't have this reputation prior to that. If you just swapped the order of the Gomes and Rudiger incidents, he never wins the appeal on the Gomes tackle because there's now a pattern of him doing this stuff. It's 3 straight reds in like his last 15 premier league games.

When I saw malice in the Gomes tackle, you accused me of being a mind-reader and pretending to know his intent. I'm curious as to why you're qualified to judge his intent/state of mind.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Spurs are appealing the Son/Rudiger incident. Not sure how they're going to claim that isn't violent conduct, even if it is a petty, petulant one.

Usually it takes two seasons and a trophy for Mourinho to turn into this much of a heel.

  23. It was a red. And Rudiger completely oversold it. Both things are true.

fact that they appealed it was banter. should’ve doubled it for a frivolous appeal

We all know he's not going to get a trophy at Spurs, so his timetable has had to be brought forward.
