It was a high challenge and he was slightly late and it resulted in studs to the leg. It’s sucks because it wasn’t intentional but it was a dangerous play that resulted in bad contact.

Instantly showing the referee the still frame of the outcome of his foot sliding over the ball is definitely going to result in a neutral, considered decision from the referee, isn't it? Fucking idiots.

Tbf, it’s a red regardless because they’ve said previously that intention doesn’t matter. But it absolutely should.
