    We have one slightly used Scottish international we can add to sweeten the deal.

    Terrible news for him

    Williams, McTominay, Donny. Pick two get a free Martial.

  6. Didn't Onana just sign a new deal?

  7. Nick

    @fangclubb Prestigious

    Don’t think so. They only signed him last summer.

    This absolutely sucks because he looked world class. An unbelievable player.

    Just our luck to lose him in the first league game of the season.

    Literally zero chance but hey, i heard you have £100m and we clearly don’t think he’s good enough. I’d sell him to Spurs for £80m lol.

  11. The last striker we got from Arsenal turned out pretty good

  12. Aflie Devine and Dane Scarlett are probably the 2 academy players I'm most excited about right now. I'm assuming they'll both be loaned out and I kinda hope it's abroad.

    Do you guys have a preference between loaning to the Championship v abroad for top academy players?

  13. Nick

    @fangclubb Prestigious

    Depends on the destination. If a Dutch club wants them, that’s the spot imo. Championship is a fucking grind and it can make players or stall them. Spain and Italy seem worse than Championship in terms of academy destination. France and Germany would be behind Championship and Netherlands but ahead of Spain/Italy. Portugal and Belgium are good spots too.

  14. I was thinking Portugal or Germany for those guys but Netherlands is definitely a good spot too.

    God above

  16. Caicedo, Ezno, Lavia is overkill. I don't see all 3 starting together. Lavia could've gone to Liverpool and been their main 6.

    Fuck. What dogshit luck. Already feel worse about pushing for the title now.

    I wonder what we do. Not sure we can sell Tierney, cause it leaves us with just White and Zinchenko, plus Tomi to cover either side. Maybe Kiwior can cover LB but it wouldn’t be ideal.

    Shed load of knee injuries just one week into the season, wonder what could be causing that :chin:

  19. I'm assuming Lavia will get an 8-year contract. All of these long-term deals will backfire, right?

    Lavia news is objectively hilarious. Liverpool piss around over £5m difference in value for weeks, and now get gazumped for both their first and second choices by the same club

    Seems weird that Chelsea are yet again stockpiling players. They don’t have Europe so a lot of then just won’t play, and they still have like 33 first team players.

  23. This is Tottenham's problem right now. We have like ~34 players and a decent chunk are guys no one wants lol hopefully this week we can finally offload some of those guys. We have some intriguing targets but it doesn't matter if your squad is so bloated and you can't fit them in.

  24. Roma have added Ndicka and Aouar on free transfers and now Sanches for very cheap. That's a pretty good window for a team who I felt already had a decent squad.

    hmmm

    It's become clear, for those who didn't know already, that Michael Edwards played almost as great a part in our success of the previous six years as Klopp did.
