Did United apologize for their shithead?

 

I've been thinking this for a while. He burst onto the scene and was unplayable for what seemed like ages, then now I feel impacts game much less, and hasn't really added much to his game. He's possibly limited by the fact that his best position, of being a SS/ playing behind the striker, seems to be dying out and teams are much better at nullifying that position. His game doesn't rely on space as much as a 10 does, but he still kinda works best in that no man's land that is often crowded out these days.

 

Ole said in his post match comments that it was a hard game physically, but that United gave as good as they got, and that he thought it was good prep for the season.

 

It’s crazy that the release clause for Toby expires in a few hours. Getting him for 25m is a steal in today’s market. Overpaying him in wages a little bit is ok when you spent below his value to get him. I guess we’ll see what happens from here. He seems happy and is still working hard. So I don’t think he’s against re-signing. But it’s clear he’d have to come down on his asking price. Maybe now that he sees no one else would meet his demands he’ll come down a bit.

I don’t know what to make of these Dybala rumors. Would be awesome but so unlike us (as in we never get the big names like that).

Kane, Son, Dybala attacking with NDombele, Lo Celso, Winks CM would be amazing. Just have a hard time believing well he able to pull ofF both Dybala and Lo Celso. No one is biting on Eriksen and that seems to be what’s holding everything up.
