I agree with you on Gerrard. He's not made it easy for himself either saying European football is the aim for Villa this season. Also, I'm pretty sure he's lost his long-term assistant coach this summer who is meant to be the one who helped him tactically at Rangers and Villa last season.

 

Yeah definitely, think that coach got a full time gig at like QPR or something? They're the sort of team where if they get in a slide, I can see them struggling to turn it around. Big test for him this season
