Trent and Salah playing way too far apart so far. Trent narrow for just over half an hour, then switched - Salah narrow, Trent really wide. Want more combinations on that side.

yep I'm happy with it too. Irritated I have to listen to Thierry Henry after the match commenting on how "lucky" the first goal was. Said it no less than 3 times. Who cares !? Lol

 

Yeah, you make your own luck. Good switch and overlap, defender not close enough to the cross, two players unmarked in the middle. They'd have been in trouble without the deflection too.

 

i need to get back into watching Soccer, i haven't actually tuned into matches since the last World Cup

also, i wish i bought one of the German or Japan national jerseys from Adidas back when they were available

Thought about posting this for a while, but it’s hard to get a good photo on matchdays as it’s so busy, but the first time I saw this i found it really affecting. Lots of messages of support following the missed penalty in the Euro final, kids drawings of Bukayo as their hero, etc.

Been up since about September/October and it’s right near my block (6) in the North Stand.

 

Do it! I used to only ever watch soccer for the World Cup. I started watching Premier League matches during the 2016/17 season and it was the best sports-related decision I've ever made.

I'm certainly not the most knowledgeable when it comes to tactics and such but I'm learning. I'd say it's never too late to get into it - start by watching the Champions League semifinals (already 1 leg in) and final!
