I think we're starting to see the start of that Mykolenko/Digne swing I was hoping for already. I thought it'd take a season at the very least. Digne has been subbed off in his last two games.

 

Forest up to third today. Can’t quite believe it. Still looking tight and we have a tough run in but hoping we can stay in the play offs (and maybe give Bournemouth a scare for 2nd place - we still have to play them too!)

Derby look to be down now unfortunately for them. I will miss the matches. Hopefully they do stay in business.

Regarding the disallowed goal we had…

I can’t help but feel if it takes 5 minutes to work it out, it’s not clear enough to rule the goal out.

Not to mention VAR fucking sucks in the stadium at the best of times. The fans aren’t allowed to see it on the screen, so they just stand there not knowing what is happening, and sometimes not even knowing why it is being checked.

If it takes over a minute, it’s a goal. That’s how it should be because it’s ridiculous.

Klopp keeping Diaz for the second half, Guardiola doing the same with Mahrez.

I guess Guardiola will look to target our right hand side. Foden and Silva looking to support Sterling, maybe allowing Cancelo to tuck in and stay deeper for Salah's runs on the counter. Could open up the switch to Robertson on transition, which would be difficult for Jesus to track if done quickly enough.

Klopp doesn't tend to go all out attack away to City but it will be interesting to see how brave we are first half. City pinning our full backs deeper than usual would be a big positive for them.
