My god this referee is an absolute joke. Same thing happens for both teams. We don’t get a free, they get a free. Only 4 minutes extra time too. Absolutely bizarre stuff

Ah well decent performance over both legs. Shouldn’t have lost that in 90 minutes, but thems the breaks. Atletico aren’t getting past the next round based on that tie. A decent team eviscerates them. Never want to see that ref ever again, just absolutely not at the level required to control a game of football at this level.

i just love me some proper shit housing. Weird because they’re actually a great attacking team in recent weeks (second most goal scored in 2022 so far), but they reverted to type and it worked.
