lmao no way the Glazers thought that far ahead. Probably a ground share with a club in Greater Manchester. Salford City are moving into AJ Bell stadium so that would have them and Sale Sharks. Don’t think there’s any other stadiums there at the right level.


Most likely if it happens it would be a ground share with City. It’s happened before. But yeah I don’t think it will happen they will “renovate” the south stand, stick a lick of paint on the rest and use it as an excuse to sell naming rights while the stadium continues to deteriorate.

 

For what’s it’s worth a 200m revamp of Carrington was shelved just last week despite being badly needed because it was too expensive, so while I’m pro tear down Old Trafford it’s never ever going to happen with these owners.
