Despite the tantrum, this part shouldn’t be overlooked: “This club changes coaches. The players remain the same. But the result doesn't change.”

Which y’all have pointed out… but he’s not wrong.

 

Yeah, that’s definitely true. But when he tells us Spurs are rebuilding and to be patient, I’d expect him to be patient as well while we actually do the rebuild. This past window we offloaded 4 players he did not want and bought 2 that have been upgrades fairly quickly. And that’s in a January window.

He hasn’t given the club a chance to change the players. So I don’t know what he’s expecting.

honestly, he’s just a super emotional coach. Just last week these were the best players he’s worked with. Today he’s miserable. He’s very heart on the sleeve which gets things like this interview.

 

If it results in a big summer then it’s worth it. Otherwise, him saying it probably hurts us more than helps us.

 

So I'm pretty sure most of the Euros in here are on the islands, but I know @orangehorizon (and maybe @Big Un?) are in Germany so... standard, "hey, stay safe y'all" post.
