Sometimes I wonder why Bielsa is so committed to this man marking system that he never changes from it. Matip's been stepping out as the spare centre back for most of the game so far and completely exposing it. Struick finally steps out to deal with him, leaves everyone 1v1, and Matip runs in behind for the return pass and scores. No compactness, no cover. Lose one 1v1 and you're in trouble.

Yeah it's one of his strengths. Difficult for opposition to step out to mark him without leaving space somewhere else. Doubly difficult for Leeds.
