  1. I know it's designed for that.....but it'd be absolutely terrifying to be in the stadium while that was happening lol

Yeah that’s a good thing right? Means it was designed to withstand these kind of conditions. Kind if like how some skyscrapers sway in winds too?

I popped out to the shop and have come back looking like Bob Ross. God i hope it calms down by tomorrow cause i don’t see how you can play in this.

  4. I guess it reduces tension on the structure? I have no clue tbh

Yeah tbf the next tweet in that thread is saying how it's designed to do that. I just thought it was cool to see in action. Engineering is wild

A fence panel down on the building next door is the most action we've had here.

The "To Let" sign on the property next door has blown over.

    I do not exist.

Bournemouth vs Forest looks like it’s off. Poor from all involved - Sky, EFL & clubs. Many will have travelled down into the storm impacted area. It was inevitable that it would be called off. The forecast hasn’t changed. A decision should have been made this morning.

edit: Bournemouth are saying it’s due to stadium damage not the storm which cannot be repaired due to the storm. Guess that explains the late nature of the announcement.

Five 0-0s at half time in the Premier League. Haven't been watching the Liverpool match.

Just looking around at the stats from the other games - Lukaku's only had two touches in the first half against Crystal Palace.

That does not surprise me at all - Lukaku £100m transfer will go down as the biggest flop in PL history, probably back to Inter for £50m in January 2023 lol

One of the worst Brighton performances in a while.

Not an amazing game, and a quieter atmosphere than normal but a good win.

2 minutes late home and somehow miss a goal when setting the stream up. God damn

  21. JM95

    hmmm

There's a chasm of space for Kane to drop into on transition.

The comments on this have really bummed me out.

No pressure on the cross either. City have clearly targeted that side.

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Lloris has looked off the last couple of games
