This is so funny. They’ve photoshopped the crest and sponsor off the Spurs jersey, but left the Conference League badge on the arm and left the jersey white.

Edit: actually wait, you can see the bottom of the Spurs crest under his hand lol

I had no idea dele had dreads now. How deep was he stashed on their bench?

I would lowkey find it hilarious if he only plays 79.

I do think staggered cost of (if he plays 20 games, this, 80 games, this) is a pretty good way to structure contracts, though. I can see why it wouldn't work for many, but it would keep players from being 140m busts. Ahem. But it also helps title-chasing clubs more than it helps the mid-tier and relegation battlers.

it's how I structure transfers in FM haha. always have to overpay in the end but signing a player worth 80m for 15m up front is fun.

just uh resign before the clauses are hit and your team fails FFP :embarrassed:

I signed dele in like the fifa story mode that came out like 5 years ago. Forget who the other options were

  12. I’m guessing it’s 10m every 20 games played for Dele, right?

  13. Dele’s first few years were so incredible. I think it’s pretty obvious we declined as soon as him and Eriksen started to decline. And we’ve never really been able to replace their performances in the midfield.

  14. Now I’m sad

Newcastle once refused to play Jonas Gutierrez to avoid triggering a payout clause in his contract. (I think that stand-off ended with him back in the team because we literally had no-one else who could play)

anyone got a subscription and can find out why Adnan Januzaj of all players

Note how he name-drops Poch. If Lampard gives him the same TLC as Poch, I'm hopeful he can kick on again @Swoos

He’s a boy that can do anything.

  18. hoping he plays high up the pitch behind DCL. He’s an attacking player but for some reason our past couple managers have tried to make him more of a CM.

Yeah, I think he'll play as an advanced midfielder in a 4-3-3 for us.

In other news, I've seen some Ajax fans saying VDB has played as a '6' before. Was he ever tried in the role for United?

Shouts of "use the 6", "enjoy the ball" and "use Allan". Might have missed some, too.

Greenwood has been removed from FIFA, all United players have unfollowed him on socials, and his name and face and branding is off all United shop/websites.

    Good.

As for comparable players, Manchester City and Belgium midfielder De Bruyne is someone Kulusevski looks up to. “I study him a lot because he is a phenomenal player and because I want to become like him,” he has said.

But it’s actually another Belgian, Januzaj, who was one of Kulusevski’s first idols. Seeing the then-teenager play for Manchester United in a friendly in Sweden wearing the No 44 shirt is why Kulusevski wore the same number for Parma and Juventus.

Kulusevski was taken with Januzaj’s fearlessness, and tries to play the game in the same sort of way.
