So there’s actually two pronunciations depending on where in Ireland you are. Dublin doesn’t really have its own dialect these days because you Brits are very thorough when you want something gone (). But I learned Munster Irish as a kid and yours isn’t too far off but the accent over the i makes it a long vowel and there’s no noticeable stop in Caoi. So it’s Kwee-veen. Rhyming with been.

Ulster Irish has a different pronunciation and the w sound in Caoi isn’t there, so they pronounce it Kee-veen
