Colorado v Portland is going to be a fun match. Kinda crazy that scheduled it to go H2H against the big NFL thanksgiving game.

 

We really need 7-9 points out of this window with the final set of games including away to Mexico and Costa Rica where we have no wins and one draw total in all WCQ.

Going to be so damn cold in all of these games.

At the risk of asking a stupid question as someone who hasn't watched MLS with any regularity in about two seasons, is there any reason Michael Bradley isn't getting looked at during these WCQ as a very experienced back-up to our three incredibly young midfielder trio? I know he's 34, but surely he's as valid an option as Acosta, Roldan, Yueill, or Busio if he's near form. He's only a year or so older than Beckerman was at 2014.

 

Also, it keeps getting funnier and funnier to me that Canada and the US keep forcing all these Central American nations to go play in the most abysmally cold weather. It's not a bad strategy, but it's definitely funny.

Assuming our final home game against Panama will be in Denver to help with the altitude post-Mexico City trip.

That is actually a good shout for formation. That would make sense, could also see it being a 4-3-3 and let him drift out wide a bit.
